I am currently addicted to headscarves. I decided to came up with Prettyful Scarf because; personally I believe that online shopping is much much much easier. You don't even need to get out of your house to shop and you don't need to face the bad traffic for example. In addition, for those of you who live in an area where resources are limited, then you don't need to worry anymore! You can shop in comfort and have your order delivered at your doorstep.

Prettyful Scarf brings you a wide range of pretty + beautiful headscarves which can be worn to work, schools or anywhere you want.

How To Order

To order, it is as easy as ABC! You can just follow these steps:

Step 1
Kindly e-mail me with these details:

p/s: If you have any enquiries, you may use the above mentioned e-mail as well =)

Step 2
I will reply to your e-mail. Do wait patiently for my reply though. If the item is available, an invoice will be sent together with the e-mail.

Step 3
Please make the payment within 2 days after you have received the invoice.

Step 4
Do inform me once you have made the payment. Inculde the proof of the payment as well (e.g. e-mail from the bank, pricture of the bank-in slip etc). I will reply to you ASAP to confirm your payment status.

Step 5
Your item will be sent out (depending on our shipping policy) and I will provide you with the reference number.

Terms + Conditions

Terms + Conditions

1. I operate my business on a first come first serve basis.
2. Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable, unless items ordered are out of stock.
3. At the moment, I do not provide COD to the customers.
4. Stated price does not include shipping charges.
   

Payment

1. Currently, I only accept payments to my Maybank Account.
2. The payment shall be made within 2 days after the order is placed.
   

Shipping

1. The shipping fee via Pos Laju is RM6 (Peninsular) and RM9 (Sabah&Sarawak). However, the shipping fee might vary depends on the weight of the item.
2. Items will be sent out within 24 hours after the payment has been made.
3. I am not responsible for any damages/ lost of parcel caused by Pos Malaysia during shipping.
